When will my merchandise be available?
- Depending on the item, pick up is approximately three to four weeks after you order.
Where and when can I collect it?
- From The Roos Store inside our clubrooms, which will be open when volunteers are available - ie, selected training nights and game days. Opening times will be published in each edition of ROOS NEWS.
Buyers will also receive an email once their order is ready for collection.
Can I buy direct from the Roos Store inside the clubrooms?
- We try to stock a smaller selection of items at the Roos Clubrooms but these may not always be available. Please pop down to the club or email to check what we have, or order online to to be sure!
What if I order the wrong size?
- No refunds are given. Sizing charts are on the purchase pages and you can view samples at the club store. Exchanges are only be possible if excess stock is available, and all tags and packing must be presented.
Do you do any refunds?
- Only in the unlikely event of a design fault.
Who runs The Roos Store?
- The online Roos Store was created in 2022 and is run by a volunteer merchandise manager and valued assistants.
Where do the profits go?
- 100 per cent of profits go to MLIJFC, to be used for equipment and costs associated with running community junior football.
Where do the products come from?
- Roos suppliers of most of our products are local WA businesses. The ISC clothing range comes from Melbourne.
Do you plan to expand the range?
- Yes. Keep an eye on our social media and website - and also for specials such as Mother's Day and Father's Day gift packs and general additions over the course of the season.
